Cooking class at Gin's · Rome

From the kitchen to the table

Gin's Table happens in my home, around the recipes I've been cooking for family and friends for years.

Over about four hours, I'll guide you step by step through semolina gnocchi and meatballs in tomato sauce. When everything is ready, we sit down and eat what we've made together.

Each class is for two to six guests. I usually host on Saturdays and Sundays, with weekdays available on request.

Who's Gin?

I'm Ginevra, I'm 29, and cooking is one of the things I enjoy most, especially when I get to do it for other people.

Every recipe at Gin's Table comes from my family. Gnocchi alla romana and meatballs, for example, are dishes I learned to make as a child with my grandmother and my cousins for Sunday lunch.

For the past two years, people I haven't met yet have been coming to my table because they want to cook, sit down and spend a few hours together.
